This structured leadership transformation program follows a small-group cohort model, guiding participants through six months of intentional growth: Month 1: Personal Coaching – Develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence with a coach holding a master’s in counseling, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Month 2: Health & Habit Coaching – Leverage functional lab testing and work with a certified health coach to establish sustainable habits aligned with your goals. Month 3: Spiritual Formation – Strengthen resilience through forgiveness, surrender, and personal reconciliation, fostering integrity in leadership. Month 4: Intellectual Formation – Explore classical virtue theory, deepening wisdom, courage, and discipline through an understanding of cardinal virtues.
