Elizabeth Neyrey

​Elizabeth Hofer-Neyrey is a seasoned Formation Manager at FOCUS, where she dedicates her expertise to the development and implementation of comprehensive curricula aimed at fostering virtue formation among over 1,000 missionaries and the thousands of students they serve.

With a robust background in philosophy, Elizabeth's approach is deeply rooted in Thomistic principles, emphasizing the cultivation of virtues as habitual dispositions toward the good. She believes that true professional development is intrinsically linked to personal character formation, asserting that the integration of philosophical wisdom and virtue ethics is essential for authentic leadership.​
