Fallon Scanlan

​Fallon Scanlan is a seasoned leader in Catholic ministry, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations & Staff Care at FOCUS. With over a decade of experience, she has dedicated her career to forming and supporting missionaries across the U.S. and internationally.​

Fallon's journey with FOCUS began after a transformative encounter with Christ during her college years at Texas A&M University. She served four years as an on-campus missionary and Team Director at her alma mater, followed by four years as a Regional Director overseeing seven East Coast campuses. In her current role, she leads a team focused on the holistic care and development of FOCUS staff, emphasizing the integration of spiritual and professional growth.​

A certified spiritual director, Fallon completed her studies in Spiritual Direction at the Institute for Ministry Formation at Saint Vincent Seminary in 2024. Her approach is deeply influenced by Carmelite spirituality, emphasizing endurance and perseverance in the interior life. She actively practices spiritual direction in Colorado, guiding individuals in their faith journeys.

Beyond her administrative and pastoral roles, Fallon is a sought-after speaker, known for her engaging talks at conferences like SEEK. Her presentations often explore themes of simplicity, identity, and authentic femininity, resonating with diverse audiences seeking deeper understanding of their faith and purpose.​

In her personal life, Fallon enjoys spending time with her niece, cheering on Aggie Football and Jayhawk Basketball, and embracing the beauty of the Colorado mountains. Her commitment to living a life rooted in Christ continues to inspire those she mentors and serves.
