James Hare

James grew up in the Greater Philadelphia region and has lived in Pittsburgh, New Jersey, and now Colorado. While studying engineering in college, he ran track and cross country, losing many races to future Olympians. He has worked in both campus ministry and in personal and professional development for years. He is passionate about using systems and strategies to best display the personality of employees and enhance the impact of each. However, he spends his days most excited to be present to his wife and two young children.
