Lizzi Lugo

Elizabeth "Lizzi" Lugo serves as the Missions Director at FOCUS, where she leads the organization’s expansive global mission initiatives. Under her leadership, FOCUS Missions coordinates over 150 mission trips annually, engaging more than 2,300 participants—including students, missionaries, alumni, and chaplains—in service projects across the U.S. and around the world.

Lizzi's role encompasses the strategic oversight of these mission trips, ensuring that each initiative aligns with FOCUS's mission to evangelize and serve communities in need. Her work involves collaborating with local partners to address both spiritual and material needs, fostering sustainable service projects that have a lasting impact on the communities served.

Education: Lizzi earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
