Shane Neyrey

While studying business at the University of Texas, Shane had plans for his life that included the typical things the business school might hope for: go join a large company doing consulting or sales, make a great living, get the home with the white picket fence. As graduation approached, a number of chance encounters and influential conversations began to change his mind.

These stirring thoughts were solidified in his mind after delivering the commencement address for the McComb's School of Business where he reminded his fellow graduates of the standard set for graduates from their great university embodied in their motto: "What starts here changes the world."

Shane knew that, while he could live into this imperative through climbing the corporate ladder and working towards great success in the secular world, his greatest impact would be through giving his life generously to young men on the college campus who were also seeking to make an impact on this world.

Over the past 8 years, he has dedicated his life to serve and form young men into great leaders and fathers through 1-1 accompaniment, small group sessions, and public speaking. Along the way, over 10 different organizations have capitalized on Shane's experience through contracting him to speak at conferences, retreats, and small groups.  

Shane Neyrey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
